Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- 50% deposit upon booking
- 50% (the remaining amount) to be paid 60 days before arrival
- If booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival, the amount of the down payment will be refunded.
- 45 days prior to arrival the renters are required to settle the balance of the remaining 50% of the total value of their reservation
- In case of cancellation from 59 days or less prior to arrival, the total value of the reservation is charged as cancellation fees (100%)
