Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- 30% deposit upon booking
- 70% (the remaining amount) to be paid 4 weeks before arrival
- If booking within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment is required
Cancellation Policy
- Changes or cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after booking, with no charges occurring.
- For cancellation received up to 90 days prior to arrival, there will be no charge.
- For cancellation received from 89 to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- For cancellation received 29 to 1 day before arrival or non – show the full amount will be kept as
- cancellation fees.
- For earlier than scheduled departures, the full remainder amount will be kept as penalty fee.
