Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- 50% deposit upon booking
- 50% (the remaining amount) to be paid 60 days before arrival
- If booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required
Cancellation Policy
- The 60% deposit is non refundable
- In case of cancellation latest 61 days prior to arrival the 50% of the total agreed contractual amount will be refunded
- In case of cancellation between 60 and 41 days prior to arrival the 25% of the total agreed contractual amount will be refunded
- After the 40th day prior to arrival no refund will be acceptable
Accommodation Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- Children are welcome

- Pets allowed upon agreement

- Heated pool: extra fees 800 Euros for 2 days and 200 Euros every extra day
