Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- The guest must proceed in making 50% deposit of the total rental in order to confirm the reservation
- The remaining 50% deposit is to be paid 1 month prior to the guest’s arrival at the property
- In case the reservation is made less than 1 month prior to arrival or in case of a special or non-refundable offer, full prepayment is required unless otherwise agreed
- All deposits are final
Cancellation Policy
- If a guest cancels up to 1 month prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation cost is withheld
- If a guest cancels less than 1 month prior to arrival, the total reservation cost is charged as cancellation fee
- In case of full prepayment, the total reservation cost is charged as cancellation fee
Accommodation Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests

- Groups of guests that exceed the original maximum capacity of a property are permitted only with prior approval and additional charges and policies apply
