Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- 50% upon booking (non-refundable)
- 50% (the remaining amount) 6 weeks prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation by the Lessee 4 weeks or more before arrival then 30 % of the total value of the contract rental will be charged (non-refundable deposit)
- In case of cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival then the total (100%) value of the contract will be charged as late cancellation fees (advance payment and balance)
- All cancellations must be sent to the Owner in writing and signed by the signatory of the booking form
- No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay
