Payment Policy
- A 30% deposit is required in order to secure the reservation, which is payable upon confirmation
- Remaining balance shall be settled up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations up to 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, no penalty fees apply
- For cancellations 89 to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable
- For cancellations 29 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date, early departure or no show, the total accommodation cost will be kept/charged as cancellation fee
