Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- 50% deposit upon booking
- 50% (the remaining amount) to be paid 60 days before arrival
- If booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required
Cancellation Policy
- The 50% deposit is non refundable
- In case of cancellation latest 61 days prior to arrival the 40% of the total agreed contractual amount will be refunded
- In case of cancellation between 60 and 41 days prior to arrival the 35% of the total agreed contractual amount will be refunded
- After the 40th day prior to arrival no refund will be acceptable
Accommodation Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
- Smoking not allowed in any inside area of the house as this is a non smoking house
- Pets allowed upon request and on wards confirmation by the property administrator
- Children are welcome
- Events upon request as they are directly related to the wear and tear of the house and the excess occupation of the household personnel
- Heated pool: extra fees 1000 Euros for 2 days and 300 Euros every extra day
