The villa is fully A/C’ed with dual Wi-Fi access and has 5 en-suite double or twin (all with joinable beds) bedrooms on three levels; all bedrooms have unobstructed sea views while all 3 levels have own patios/terraces and direct access to the pool which is located on the entrance/main level.

The master bedroom and a twin bedroom are located on the upper level with dual access either through in-house or outdoors stairs.

The two lower level guest rooms have independent access from the entrance level.

Indoors on the entrance level there is the second main bedroom of the villa and spacious living room with stone-built sofas, smart TV with satellite channels and a working fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a 10-seats dining area.

The main patio/terrace of the house has a big shaded lounge area with stand-alone and stone-built sofas and a 12-seats dining area, a pool bar and a charcoal bbq. There is also pool WC, shower facilities and obviously sunbeds.

Access to the villa is double-gated and the indoor areas are security protected with motion alarm connected to 24hrs private security company.
