Payment Policy

- 50% (the remaining amount) to be paid 31 days before arrival
- If booking within 31 days of arrival, full payment is required
Cancellation Policy
- After booking the deposit is non refundable
- 50% of the total price will be charged for cancellation if guests cancel after reservation
- 50% will be charged for cancellation prior to 31 days before confirmed arrival date
- Any cancellation made later than mentioned above, will result in 100% charge of the reservation
