Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- The Guest shall pay a deposit of 50% of the total Rental Rate in order to confirm the reservation
- The remaining 50% is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the Guest’s arrival at the Property
- All deposits are final and non-refundable but can be transferred to any future booking during the same season, subject to availability. Guest agrees and understands that this contract, upon receipt, is fully binding and no refunds shall be permitted
- All payments above shall be made through bank transfer to the account of the Property Manager
Cancellation Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable
- The Property Manager agrees that in the unlikely event that the Property is unavailable for unforeseen reasons, with the exception of force majeure events, from the date of this Agreement until the Check-In Date, the Property Manager shall refund all amounts paid by the Guest within 15 days after guest notification in writing. Alternatively, instead of refunding all amounts paid by the Guest stated above the Property Manager may provide an equal or higher quality re-allocation option to the Guest at no extra charge
