Payment Policy
For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:
- Down payment 50% of the total amount upon reservation
- Balance 50% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival
- Security deposit 20% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival
For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:
- Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation
- Security deposit 20% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival

Other Policy
Security deposit:
- Security deposit 25% of reservation (minimum security deposit 10.000 euros) to our account together with 50% balance
- Security will be returned within 15 days from tenants’ departure to their account provided no damages and extra charges occurs
Minimum stay:
- 7 nights but to be considered on a case by case basis
