Payment Policy
For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:
- 40% down payment upon reservation
- 60% balance due 60 days prior to arrival
For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:
- 100% payment required upon reservation
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the following conditions apply: – FULL REFUND:
Tenant is refunded with all payments made up to the date of cancellation as per the table below:
- LOW SEASON (MAY & OCTOBER) MORE than 45 days prior to check-in
- MEDIUM SEASON (JUNE & SEPTEMBER) MORE than 60 days prior to check-in
- HIGH SEASON (JULY & AUGUST) MORE than 90 days prior to check-in
Accommodation Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 36 guests
- Pets are welcome, please ask in advance.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- Children are welcome.
- Events/ Parties/ Weddings allowed, please ask in advance
Other Policy
Security deposit:
- Security deposit 20% of reservation (minimum security deposit 10.000 euros) to our account together with 50% balance
- Security will be returned within 15 days from tenants’ departure to their accounts provided no damages and extra charges occur
