- 30% deposit payment at booking, reservation only valid with deposit payment
- Balance payment typically 60 days before check-in date
Cancellation Policy
- In case guest/agent cancels booking: neither deposit payment nor balance payment will be refunded. Any refund at our discretion.
- In case we cancel booking: full amount paid will be refunded. We are not liable for any cost claims of the guest, nor will we be responsible to find alternative accommodation.
