Villa Policy
Payment Policy
If the booking has been confirmed more than 60 days prior to the check-in day
- 1st installment of 50% must be paid within 2 days from the booking confirmation
- 2nd installment of 50% must be paid up to 60 days before client’s arrival
If the booking has been confirmed less than 60 days prior to the check-in day
- 100% of the rental amount is required to secure the booking
Cancellation Policy
- The payments are non refundable
- In case of Covid restrictions with official government announcement from/to Greece rescheduling of the booking is required [based on the season they have initially booked and the total amount of rental payment]
Accommodation Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 18 guests
- Events are allowed upon request
- Parties are not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed
