On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a big stone built bath-room, while outside there is a small private balcony with a stone-built bench for private relaxation moments. The second inside staircase leads to the lower floor where there are two spacious bedrooms with their own stone-built bathroom and access to the garden and a private swimming pool.

Every bedroom has individual air conditioning, while the villa is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection as well as with an alarm system and security lighting. Villa Delta One features 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms and 1 WC and can accommodate 6 guests. The surroundings measure 500 m2.

The property features a small Plunge swimming pool of 10 sqm2. The wonderfully structured outdoor area of the property, surrounded by rocky hills and Mediterranean herbs, can provide relaxation and recreation for the guests, providing multilevel lounging and dining area. Sitting areas in the front of the villa, to all which guests have access to, are designed, so that guests can break off into small groups and enjoy their own private space with a feeling of exterior independence enjoying panoramic sea and sunset views.

The main features include white plaster, local stone, natural rocks, built-in couches, and wooden pergolas intertwined with Cycladic arches.
