Payment Policy
- 50% deposit upon booking
- 50% (the remaining amount) to be paid 8 weeks before arrival
- If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival, the client will be charged 50% of the total amount
- If cancelled later, the client will be charged the whole amount
- The initial deposit is non-refundable and subsequent payments are thus non-refundable
- No Show: 100% of the reservation will be charged as a penalty fee
- Early Departure: 100% of the remaining reservation cost will be charged as a penalty fee
