Payment Policy
- Deposit: 30% deposit is required to reserve the villa upon confirmation
Low season: The remaining balance (70%), must be settled 1 week prior to arrival and it is non-refundable
Medium, high season: The remaining balance (70%) must be settled 21 days prior to arrival, it is non-refundable
Peak season: The remaining balance (70%), must be settled 30 days prior to arrival and it is non-refundable
If the full prepayment is not received by such dates, the reservations will automatically be cancelled without refund of initial deposit
- 100% payment is required for last minute bookings
- If the reservation includes more than one season, the most demanding one prevails
- For long stay reservations (over 20 days) payment terms and cancellation policy apply on ad hoc basis

- Low season: less than 7 days prior to arrival, deposit is non-refundable
- Medium and high season: less than 21 days prior to arrival, deposit is non-refundable
- Peak season: less than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit is non-refundable
