Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- 30% deposit non-refundable, is required in order to confirm the reservation
- The remaining balance to be settled at least 21 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival:
In case the reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, and only due to force majeure event, or Mykonos port / airport lockdown / specific to Mykonos flight cancellations related to Covid-19, a Credit voucher will be issued equal to the total reservation cost, to be used for future reservation at the same residence, for the same period and at least same length of stay, within the next 18 months. Otherwise the total reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fee
Accommodation Policy
