Payment Policy
If the booking has been confirmed more than 60 days priorto the check in day:
- 1st installment of 50% must be paid within 2 days from the booking confirmation
- 2nd installment of 50 % must be paid up to 60 days before the client’s arrival
If the booking has been confirmed less than 60 days prior to the check in day:
- 100 % of the rental amount is required to secure the booking
Cancellation Policy
- The payments are non-refundable
Accommodation Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
- Parties are allowed upon request
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking inside the villa is not allowed
- Children are very welcome
