Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- Booking Payment (50% of the overall rental cost): paid within three banking days from the signing of the contract
- Balance Payment (50% of the overall rental cost): paid two calendar months i.e. 61 days before the arrival
Cancellation Policy
- The 50% deposit is NON refundable
- In case of full prepayment and cancellation latest 61 days prior to arrival the 50% of the total agreed contractual amount will be refunded
- In case of full prepayment and cancellation between 60 and 41 days prior to arrival the 25% of the total agreed contractual amount will be refunded
- After the 40th day prior to arrival no refund will be acceptable
Accommodation Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
- Smoking is not allowed in any inside area of the house
- Pets are allowed upon request and on wards confirmation by the property administrator
- Children are welcome
- Events upon request as they are directly related to the wear and tear of the house and the excess occupation of the household personnel
- Pool heating is available at an additional charge
