Villa Nikki One was built in 2020 and is located among fields 600 m above Ftelia beach. The property extends on a plot of 1500 m2 with outstanding sea and countryside views.

Villa Nikki One can comfortably accommodate 10 guests as it includes 3 ensuite bedrooms and 2 guest bedrooms all with king size beds. It is divided in two levels.

The ground level consists of a bright & spacious living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and 2 guest bedrooms which have their own private entrance. There is a direct access from the living room or kitchen to the terrace where there is an exterior lounge and dining area, a bar, BBQ (upon request), sunbeds as well as 2 private swimming pools. One of them is an infinity pool with sea views and the other one is heated with hydro massage features. There is a pool shower as well.

The first level consists of 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each with 2 private balconies that offer panoramic views.
