Villa Policy
Payment Policy
If the booking has been confirmed more than 30 days prior to the check-in day:
- 1st installment of 50% must be paid within 2 days of the booking confirmation
- 2nd installment of 50% must be paid up to 30 days before the client’s arrival
If the booking has been confirmed less than 30 days prior to the check-in day:
- 100% of the rental amount is required to secure the booking
Cancellation Policy
- The payments are non-refundable
- In case of Covid restrictions with an official government announcement from/to Greece rescheduling of the booking is required [based on the season they have initially booked and the total amount of rental payment]
Accommodation Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- Parties are allowed upon request
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking inside the villa is not allowed
- Children are very welcome – suitable villas for families
