Villa Policy
Payment Policy
- 50% deposit upon booking
- 50% (the remaining amount) to be paid 60 days before arrival
- If booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required
Cancellation Policy
- If a Customer cancels the booking more than 8 weeks before the first day of the Rental Period, the deposit payment will not be refunded
- If a Customer cancels the booking less than 8 weeks before the first day of the Rental Period, there will be no refund
