Preciosa Grand Resort overlooks the bay of Megali Ammos, approximately a 5-minute walk from the old town of Chora to the left and Megali Ammos beach to the right. Its sunset view is unpassed by any property on the Island, with the famous windmills standing proudly just beyond.

Preciosa Resort is comprised of 3 separate villas, Preciosa One, Preciosa Two and Preciosa Three.

Preciosa One is spacious and spreads across 2 levels. The upper/main level is comprised of the master suite, a salon,a kitchen,a dining area and a guest toilet. The dining room table accommodates 6 people comfortably, as does the salon area. A sun terrace runs the length of the building, perfect for that first cup of coffee breathing in the morning air and exhaling the night before.

The lower level is comprised of 2 separate suites with salons and patios. The main level patio area encompasses a large built in seating area that is shaded by a pergola, sun loungers and an infinity pool.

The patio wraps around the rear of the villa leading to a stairway directly down to the pedestrian gate to town. All of the patio areas have a full view of Megali Ammos and Canalia in the distance.

Preciosa Two is slightly larger in scale, complete with a full size Boffi kitchen and an outdoor shower. The main level contains 2 suites and a 3rd suite is located just below the main patio area.

The patio area encompasses a large built-in seating area that is shaded by a pergola, sun loungers and an Infinity Pool.

The patio wraps around the side of the villa where an outdoor eating area is easily accessible to the kitchen with a full view of Megali Ammos Beach and Canalia in the distance. The dining room table accommodates 6 people comfortably, as does the salon area.

The master bedroom faces Megali Ammos Beach through 3 picture windows. It is accessed by the main hallway in the Upper Villa but located behind a lockable pivot door for privacy. For guest comfort the toilet and large shower room are separated from both the bedroom and each other.

The second bedroom is often mistaken for the master one. It is located off of the main hallway and the bed faces outwards to the patio with sea views. The bathroom and dressing room are integral to this room but concealed behind the bed. The occupants of this room also enjoy a private outdoor shower area.

The 3rd bedroom is incredibly spacious with a separate toilet and shower room. Since this room does not have direct access to the Upper Villa, it has a small salon complete with fridge and coffee making facilities.

Preciosa Three is also comprised of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, a dining area and a salon. They are smaller in scale but fitted to the same high standards as Preciosa One and Two.

The whole of Preciosa Three and its patio areas faces the Megali Ammos Beach. The guests can enjoy breakfast outside, underneath a pergola shaded by pink bougainvillea which overlooks their private Infinity Pool and patio area.

Guests of Preciosa Resort enjoy bespoke furniture and linens from Quagliotti. There is ample parking and easy access to Chora by foot whilst retaining the tranquillity of Megali Ammos. All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs, Satellite, WIFI, alarm system and Sonus Music System.

In the event that the guests choose to engage the services of a chef for the duration of their stay, or special event, there is a small catering kitchen located next to the Housekeeper’s room for their use.
