The villa has been built combining minimalistic white washed Cycladic elements and impressive dry-stone walls, while is decorated with great respect to the natural landscape.

On the entrance floor there is an open plan kitchen and a living room with a fireplace while, on the upper floor there are two double en suite bedrooms. The guest house with the independent entrance can be found in the garden area. The outdoor area offers two unique sitting areas with a view of the Aegean Sea.

Villa Quinta is about 5’ drive from the closest local market which is located in Ano Mera village. Mykonos town is approximately 15’ drive while, in maximum 20’ drive you can reach the farthest beach.

In case of cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival, the amount of the down payment of the reservation is charged as cancellation fees
60 days prior to arrival the renters are required to settle the balance of the remaining 50% of the total value of their reservation

In case of cancellation from 60 days or LESS, prior to arrival, the total value of the reservation is charged as cancellation fees (100%)
